It’s not as simple as creating a plan once a year with some statements on the market. It starts with creating full stakeholder alignment. Defining ‘Where’ we going, ‘What’ we need to do, ‘How’ this will be accomplished, and ‘Who’ will be needed. Together and in a repeatable cadence.
Teams must create an cadence of iteration to continually agree on the ‘where’, ‘what’, ‘how’ and the ‘who.’
This is an iterative cadence between the leadership team, the company, the board and other stakeholders. It involves leveraging the right tools and importantly a methodology.
