Adam Weber is a dynamic Peak OS™ Coach, best-selling author, and seasoned executive leader. As a certified Peak OS™ coach, Adam leverages over 15 years of executive leadership experience to help leaders navigate pressure, align teams, and drive meaningful change.

Before joining the Peak OS™ network, Adam co-founded and successfully exited two tech companies, including Emplify, where he served as Chief People Officer. At Emplify, Adam implemented the Peak Operating System™ and credits its principles as a key driver of the company’s growth and successful acquisition. His expertise has been featured in HR Executive Magazine, Forbes, and Fast Company, and he was named to Business Insider's "Rising Stars" list.

Adam’s coaching philosophy centers on helping leaders sift through competing inputs to make intentional, authentic decisions that drive lasting impact. He believes that leadership thrives at the intersection of clarity, alignment, and humanity.

Outside of coaching, Adam lives in Zionsville, Indiana, with his wife, two sons, and dog, Poppy and is an avid, high-level pickleball player.
