Jeff has founded, scaled, and successfully exited multiple venture-backed technology companies, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges of growth. In 2004, he launched Collective Genius to support CEOs, founders, and investors in building world-class leadership teams. He is also the author of Peak Teams – Mastering the Habits of Unstoppable Venture-backed Companies, a best-selling guide for scaling with clarity and focus.

As a trusted advisor to VC firms and a mentor to top accelerator programs, Jeff is a sought-after speaker worldwide. His coaching focuses on team alignment, capital efficiency, and leadership development, equipping leaders with the tools to execute and scale effectively.

Beyond his work, Jeff lives in Los Angeles with his wife and five kids. A Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt, he competes and teaches the sport while also coaching high school athletics.
